What is the job about?

Works as technical expert in the area and region. Provide direct and indirect technical support to sales colleagues and customers in the domain of commercialization of iSolution and SBTi achievement of Cooling OEM business in the assigned area.

Window and collaborator of Global Product, Marketing and Solution functions etc. in the region who being able to voice out the local customer needs and local market trends from technical perspective, to drive and support the commercial success of iSolution and SBTi agenda for Cooling OEM business in IND China.

Your main responsibilities:

Achievement of agreed marketing objectives, sales volumes and contribution targets by providing technical support to drive and support commercialization of  isolution and SBTi initiatives for Cooling OEM according to yearly STI (TTI) and other business planning.Service the day-to-day requirements of all the designated customer base. Identify and explore opportunities to implement Value Added Services with iSolutions, E-Pumps, etc.Development of designated customers or verticals – including but not limited to key offering with iSolution, E-pumps, Value proposition and technical recommendation to commercial strategy to penetrate, technical promotional activities.Work as area and regional level technical expert to prepare and provide training to sales team and customers about iSolution, E-pumps and SBTi related knowledge.Collaborate with Customer Service team, Operations, Global SD, Global Marketing and Solution, Product development and other internal functions to ensure our customers' needs are met or exceeded. Your background:

Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred A degree in engineering, ideally in the fields of mechanical, electrical, process or industrial engineeringProven results on successful technical support in pump or other Cooling related industrial business, IT cooling background will be preferredSolid technical background in electric automation (could be VFD, PLC or Controller, etc) or pump industryProficiency with SolidWorks or ProE is requiredProven record of cross-functional team leadership and passion as a Technical Expertise/Support in a local as well as regional environment
