Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Secure new profitable business with current and new customers. 
  2. Proactively, detect new business opportunities at current and new customers.
  3. Insure high level commercial relationship with our current customers.
  4. Act as the link in-between the customer Engineering communities (Development engineering, manufacturing etc.) and our development.
  5. Grow business and increase share of existing customers.
  6. Develop relationship and business at new targeted customers and secure business with these new targeted customers.   
  7. Proactively detect and propose innovative business opportunity at current and new customers.   
  8. Propose proactively to the Sales Director strategies for customers in order to increase market share and profitability.
  9. Prepares and provides annual account plans, forecasts and other performance reports.
  10. Constantly be aware of our competition in our niche and updates the management.
  11. Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  1. University degree or above in mechanical engineering, material engineering or related degree desired.
  2. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in local OEM sales position in automotive parts industry.
  3. Has technical work experience in mechanical or engineering or related field.
  4. Has an engineering mind set in order to "sell" to our customer the concept.
  5. Familiar with the development trends of overseas and domestic automobile industry and sales process.
  6. Experience with Geely, Chery, Changan, GAC, Xiaopeng, Great Wall and other local OEM is preferred. 
  7. Good written and verbal English & Mandarin communication skills.
  8. Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and acting as a powerful team player.
  9. Willing to travel frequently.
