Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new profitable business with current and new customers.
- Proactively, detect new business opportunities at current and new customers.
- Insure high level commercial relationship with our current customers.
- Act as the link in-between the customer Engineering communities (Development engineering, manufacturing etc.) and our development.
- Grow business and increase share of existing customers.
- Develop relationship and business at new targeted customers and secure business with these new targeted customers.
- Proactively detect and propose innovative business opportunity at current and new customers.
- Propose proactively to the Sales Director strategies for customers in order to increase market share and profitability.
- Prepares and provides annual account plans, forecasts and other performance reports.
- Constantly be aware of our competition in our niche and updates the management.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- University degree or above in mechanical engineering, material engineering or related degree desired.
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in local OEM sales position in automotive parts industry.
- Has technical work experience in mechanical or engineering or related field.
- Has an engineering mind set in order to "sell" to our customer the concept.
- Familiar with the development trends of overseas and domestic automobile industry and sales process.
- Experience with Geely, Chery, Changan, GAC, Xiaopeng, Great Wall and other local OEM is preferred.
- Good written and verbal English & Mandarin communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and acting as a powerful team player.
- Willing to travel frequently.
