Maintain organized documentation to meet licensor audit and compliance requirements. Collaborate with regional and global partners—including Hong Kong and North America teams—to coordinate sample orders and delivery timelines. Provide daily operational guidance on workflows, tools, and approval processes to support development teams. Associate's degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience welcomed. 2+ years in licensing coordination, product development, or a related discipline preferred. Native or near-native English proficiency required. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities. Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online approval platforms; experience with SharePoint, GMS, or Jetpack is advantageous. Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-up and a collaborative mindset. Comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
