As a Licensing Coordinator, you will oversee product submissions, approvals, and compliance processes to keep global launches timely, accurate, and fully aligned with licensor and brand standards. A Day in the Life as a Licensing Coordinator Responsibilities Drive timely submission of product and packaging materials through licensor approval systems, typically within 24–48 hours. Oversee approval progress and ensure precise tracking across Hasbro platforms, including SharePoint, GMS, and Jetpack. Translate licensor feedback into clear direction for internal teams and proactively follow up on outstanding approvals. Verify all submissions for accuracy, format, and alignment with brand and licensor standards; partner cross-functionally to resolve issues. Maintain organized documentation to meet licensor audit and compliance requirements. Collaborate with regional and global partners—including Hong Kong and North America teams—to coordinate sample orders and delivery timelines. Provide daily operational guidance on workflows, tools, and approval processes to support development teams. Qualifications Associate's degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience welcomed. 2+ years in licensing coordination, product development, or a related discipline preferred. Native or near-native English proficiency required. Skills Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities. Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online approval platforms; experience with SharePoint, GMS, or Jetpack is advantageous. Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-up and a collaborative mindset. Comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
