Main Responsibilities

• Responsible of new busbar project development
• Responsible of busbar prototype development and define competitive mass production process.
• Responsible of DFM and technical discussion
• Responsible of busbar assembly inspection and validation standard
• Responsible of busbar process optimization and cost control
• Responsible busbar new material and new technology research and development.
• Summarize R&D report and do patent application.

• 负责母排的DFM和技术讨论
• 负责母排成品的测试和验收标准
• 负责母排工艺优化和成本控制
• 负责母排新材料和新工艺的研发
• 编制研发报告和专利申请

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above from Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering
• 5 years or more in relative working experience.
• Good knowledge of process for rigid busbar, flexible busbar, laminated busbar
• Good knowledge of busbar insulation requirement and process
• Familiar with diffusion welding process and hot lamination process
• Familiar with busbar quality specification and verification standards
• Familiar with busbar design, CAE analysis and design optimization. (Bonus points and may be given priority)
• Good at English in listening, writing and verbal communication. (Bonus points and may be given priority)
• Familiar with 2D CAD and 3D engineering design software
• Familiar with MS office software – Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
• Able to analyze and solve problems efficiently and independently.
• Good ability to work under pressure, able to deal with priorities in a timely manner.
• This role is located in Suzhou, China. Please apply only if you are comfortable to relocate to China.

• 熟练运用微软办公软件 - Word,PowerPoint,Excel
• 工作上能够高效地,自主独立分析解决问题
• 有很好的抗压能力,能够对任务的轻重缓急及时应对
