工作职责
1.负责起草、审查和修改公司法律文书及合同;
2.监督合同的执行情况,并解决合同履行过程中出现的法律问题;
3.参与制定和完善公司的规章制度;
4.为公司的日常经营活动提供法律支持和咨询;
5.协助上级处理公司法律事务相关的案件;
6.负责管理公司印章执照,并助完成各类工商事务。
7.完成上级交代的其他工作。

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,法学相关专业,通过法考;
2.具备1-3年法律工作经验;
3.合同起草及审核逻辑清晰,能及时、准确拟写相关法律文件;
4.具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧,学习能力强,工作认真负责,具备一定的抗压能力。
