  • New supplier audit and release:

1)New supplier audit and assessment;

2)Supplier development;

3)maintenance the ASL (Approved Supplier List).

  • Supplier quality management:

1)Samples check and report release;

2)Supplier validated PPAP done on time on quality;

3)Supplier quality performance assessment and report;

4)Supplier quality issues analysis and resolution;

5)Supplier SME close supplier gaps.

  • supplier development and improvement:

1)Drive Supplier development and improvement activities ,continue improvement the quality issues resolution;

2)Involve in Design Review, JDDP and standardization for

DtC/Dt;

3)Handle supplier quality issues.

  • risk management:

1)support volume expansions/ramp-up/ramp down,capacity evaluation for new awards;

2)Balance supplier certification vs the actual capability;

3)Home country quality standard/requirement is well understood and transfer with clarity of how.

任职要求:

  • 本科以上学历,机械、材料、铸造、电气、液压或自动化类专业;
  • 拥有5年及以上相关工作经验,以及产品设计、制造,质量管理的经验;
  • 熟悉质量工具,了解机械件/电子电气等相关部件的工艺流程和质量控制、APQP/FMEA/PPAP/MSA制造业中的质量管理等
  • 具有项目组织协调能力以及良好的国际商务经验,以结果为导向;
  • 英语能够作为工作语言;
  • 能接受频繁出差,有内审员证为加分项。
