该职位来源于猎聘 Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implement project management towards delivery on time & cost saving and quality fulfillment, especially for complex project execution (SKID and ISBL projects)
  • Monitor & control the project down payment (DP) & accounts receivable (AR)
  • Lead project management LEAN operation process and its continously improvement
  • Lead PM Dashboard towards key performance targets and data excellence
  • Track and check the monthly sales delivery with budget setting and propose improvement way forward
  • Mentor PM development and growth Qualifications:
  • University & minimum in bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering
  • 10 years' experience in project execution and experienced in engineering design, purchasing, commissioning (EPC) in mechanical industry, petrochemical industrial area is preferred
  • At least 5 years' experience in working in an international environment
  • Proven track record in progressive project execution and management towards cost reduction & fulfill quality
  • Familiar with equipment, instrument and other components used in chemical plant
  • Have high energy and positive attitude and capable of working under pressure, well time management with systematic & structural working style
  • Fluent in English
  • Strategic thinker/planner
  • Strong Quantitative and Analytical Skills
  • Strong management & leadership skill
  • Good Operation knowledge & skill
  • Good Engineering knowledge & skill
  • Commercial risk sense
  • Fluent both in writing and talking in English
  • Good computer application, such as word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong presentation & communication skill
