Position Description

This position involves rotational shifts—night shifts, weekend shifts, and public holiday duties to handle 7x24 client enquiries related to execution matters. Provide services in margin requirements, account balances, margin calls, stocks and virtual assets dealing and forced selling in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Handle 7x24 global market trade execution inquiries and provide related services.

  • Monitor trading systems and perform end-of-day transaction matching.

  • Provide daily execution and OTC (Over-the-Counter) services for clients.

  • Support Relationship Managers, Sales teams, and Sales Traders with efficient trade execution.

  • Execute accurate trade orders across all covered markets.

  • Deliver the highest quality execution services to clients.

  • Perform end-of-day dealing operations and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline with a solid understanding of OTC, virtual assets and relevant investment products.

  • Stable dealing experience with at least 1 year of order execution experience in Securities, Futures, Stock Options, or Virtual Assets.

  • Willing to work 7x24 rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with working hours from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. the next day; shift arrangements will be coordinated by the Team Head.

  • SFC licensed and familiar with local regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Experience with trading systems such as Winvest, Sharp Point, and Algo Trading, with good knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg, is a plus.

  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles
