Quality & HSE Manager China
Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and Audit Compliance. Establish, implement, and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO Environmental), and ISO Occupational Health & Safety).
• Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) for Process Deviations. Lead structured investigations (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) for non-conformances, process deviations, and customer complaints.
• Lead Quality-Driven Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Partner with the PMO to drive quality-focused improvement projects aligned with business goals.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and a Culture of Quality
• Ensure meet HSE standards and audit requirements and pormote safety culture
• HSE Talent Management and Compliance Oversight

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5 years of quality & HSE experience in chemical or material manufacturing, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Must hold a Green Belt certification; Six Sigma Black Belt or National Quality Manager certification is highly desirable.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across teams and apply a structured approach to root cause analysis.
• Experience in conducting quality-related training sessions or workshops.
