Sales Operation Head, K&B China 

通过优化销售流程、协调资源、数据分析等方式,支持销售团队达成业绩目标,确保销售运营高效有序。 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES 销售流程优化与管理:设计、完善并监督销售流程的执行,包括客户开发、订单处理、合同签订等环节,减少流程障碍,提升销售效率。 2. 销售目标与计划制定:结合公司战略和市场情况,协助制定销售目标、分解销售任务,制定销售计划并跟踪执行进度,确保目标达成。 3. 销售数据与分析:收集、整理销售数据(如销售额、转化率、客户数据等),进行分析并生成报告,为销售策略调整、绩效评估提供依据。 4.  销售团队支持与协作:为销售团队提供资源支持(如物料、信息、技术等),协调跨部门合作(如市场、产品、财务等),解决销售过程中的问题。 5.  客户关系管理协助:协助管理客户信息,分析客户需求和行为,推动客户分层管理,提升客户满意度和复购率。 6. 销售工具与系统管理:负责销售管理工具(如CRM系统)的推广、使用培训和维护,确保工具有效支持销售工作。 7. 销售预算与成本控制:参与制定销售预算,监控销售费用使用情况,控制销售成本,提高投入产出比。 8. 绩效评估与激励:协助设计销售绩效评估体系,跟踪销售人员业绩,配合制定激励方案,激发团队积极性。

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 


• 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、商务管理等相关专业


• 5年以上销售运营、数据分析或相关岗位工作经验,有消费品、零售行业经验者优先


• 熟悉销售全流程管理,具备销售目标制定、任务分解、进度跟踪的实操能力。


• 具备较强的数据分析能力,能熟练使用Excel、CRM系统(如Salesforce)等工具,从数据中提炼业务洞察
