Responsibilities:
  • Attend Supplier kick off meeting, and finalize the babble drawing,gauge,inspection method for key characteristic and check list after serial production.
  • Monitor the time nodes of new project to make sure new project go smoothly before
  • TBVC submit OTS samples. Send OTS samples to Lab ,check the full dimension report, material report and physical test report.
  • Push supplier to improve when deviation found.
  • Approve supplier's PPAP documents and keep the samples.
  • Work out incoming goods inspection specification.
  • After serial production claim supplier when deviation found, create 8D and track the progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above; exceptional candidates may be considered with a junior college degree.
  • Preferably a background in science, engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • 3 years or more of SQE experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiar with IATF16949 and the five major manuals;
  • proficient in quality analysis tools such as 8D;
  • Can communication with English skillfully  
  • Possess strong learning abilities and communication/coordination skills;
  • able to travel for work.
  • Candidates with IATF16949 auditor certification or VDA6.3 auditor certification are preferred.
  • Candidates aware with the Air Spring are preferred.
