Job Description

  • Under GSAM SG's guidance and direction, to proactively evaluate and formulate account strategy / action plan / debt restructuring proposals for management's approval.
  • Negotiate with and manage borrowers and their sponsors to achieve the optimal outcome for UOBHK.
  • Manage/collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure the desired results for UOBHK.
  • Execute / implement / monitor progress and effectiveness of the approved debt restructuring / workout plans. Initiate revisions and changes as required in response to evolving developments of the NPL.
  • Work with BU to ensure daily operational requirements of the NPL are met and to sustain continued effective governance and operational risk controls.
  • Observe UOB Group's risk culture principles and ethos.
