As a GL accountant, you are responsible for AP and GL expenses booking, commission, warranty invoice booking, expenses accrual and prepared expenses, GPS report etc. According to Atlas Copco "The way we do things". Focus on quality and efficiency for daily work.

Job Description Included But Not Limited
岗位职责包括但不限于
:

• Use Esker to book AP invoices and confirm related proposal

用Esker处理采购发票并确认相关付款计划

• Prepare AP aging and follow up overdue records

应付账款账期报告及跟踪未付原因

• Handle GL expenses booking, monthly accrual and prepared expenses

处理总账发票,月度预提及待摊费用

• Responsible for commission and warranty invoice booking

负责佣金和质保金发票入账

• Handle fixed assets processing, expenses accrual

处理固定资产相关,预提费用

• Responsible for BS review and GPS reports

负责资产负债表分析和GPS报告

• OOH OR check for sales report

核对在手订单等信息为销售报告做准备

• Sort and bind vouchers, support related documents for audit

整理和装订凭证,配合审计提供资料

• Other arrangement from Team Leader when necessary

Experience Requirements经验要求
5 years accounting experience in accounting / costing functions

5年相关财务工作经验

Knowledge / Educational Requirements知识/学历要求

• Bachelor's degree or above

全日制本科或以上

• Proficient in the use of MS office, especially Excel

熟练使用MS办公软件, 尤其EXCEL表格操作

• SAP knowledge

SAP经验

• Good knowledge of written and oral English

具备良好的英语口语和写作能力
