- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (product launches, sports event collaborations, KOL activations, etc.), developing innovative strategies to amplify brand equity and maximize omnichannel exposure.
- Contribute to annual marketing plans by proposing data-driven promotional strategies aligned with industry trends.
- Lead end-to-end event operations, including vendor coordination, material logistics (promotional collaterals, displays, etc.), and real-time problem-solving to ensure flawless delivery. Conduct post-event analysis (attendance, media reach, engagement metrics) to derive actionable insights.
- Perform competitive benchmarking, consumer research, and trend analysis to optimize ROI and inform strategy pivots.
- Cultivate and leverage sports industry networks (venues, athletes, IP owners, cross-brand partners) to design high-impact collaborations that elevate brand relevance.
- Maintain a centralized marketing asset library and CRM database, ensuring document compliance and accessibility. II. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Preferred: Business-level English proficiency for international collaboration.
- Experience: 2+ years in sports marketing. Strong preference for:
- Pickleball/tennis industry expertise
- Existing athlete/KOL/event partnerships
- Technical Skills:
- Data analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, CRM tools)
- Resource integration and stakeholder management
- Persuasive copywriting and presentation design (PPT/Keynote)
- Soft Skills:
- Agile mindset with crisis-management capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration aptitude
- Deep sports industry acumen and market responsiveness 一、 岗位职责
- 策划并执行品牌营销活动,涵盖新品发布会、赛事合作、KOL联动,线上社交媒体营销、SEO等,制定创新性方案并确保精准传达品牌价值, 有策略地提高品牌多维度曝光,提升线上线下品牌声量。
- 参与制定年度营销计划,结合行业趋势提出可落地的推广策略。 3. 主导各类营销活动现场执行,统筹活动物料(宣传资料、展示道具等),协调供应商及合作伙伴资源,保障项目顺利推进,确保活动效果最大化。结束后进行数据复盘(参与量、媒体曝光、用户反馈等),输出效果评估报告并优化后续策略。
- 开展竞品分析、用户调研及行业趋势研究,为决策提供数据支持;基于调研结果动态调整推广策略,提升ROI。
- 维护并拓展体育行业资源(场馆、运动员、赛事、跨界品牌等),策划高影响力合作项目;推动资源整合落地,扩大品牌在目标受众中的渗透率。
- 建立并维护营销素材库与市场数据库,规范管理活动文件、合同等资料。
二、 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,英语流利者优先(需进行国际商务沟通及英文资料处理)。
- 2年以上体育营销经验,有匹克球/网球领域资源或经验者加分,具备运动员/KOL/赛事资源者优先。 3. 擅长数据分析,擅长内外部资源协调与价值挖掘。
- 创新思维突出,擅长营销文案撰写与PPT方案制作,适应高强度工作节奏。
- 出色的内部部沟通与协作能力,具备突发情况应急处理能力,对体育行业有一定洞察力,能快速响应市场变化。
