  • Collaborating with Operational Planners to secure production schedule in line with the delivery plan;
  • Control /maintain the material & semi-products of WIP under the appropriate level;
  • Organizing /developing all manufacturing employees dedicating on approaching the efficiency and quality target;
  • Cooperating with support team to optimize the manufacturing process by improving personal skills, equipment, tools and flow layout to approach the best quality & efficiency;
  • Manufacturing expenses control i.e. standard labour time review /acknowledge, material /tools cost control and overtime arrangement;
  • Cooperating with other areas to maintain all facilities in good condition;
  • HSE awareness and follows company HSE instructions
  • LEAN and Continuous Improvement commitment.
  • Ensure SQCDPL KPI meet company goals 任职要求: Experience: a. more than 8 years of business/operations management, and at least 2 years experience as production manager, Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience in the medium or large manufacturing field, engineering or related field or equivalent experience Knowledge:
  • Experience on mechanical manufacturing; Familiar with Lean manufacturing
  • Strong emphasis on experience /knowledge in production process /quality control & improvement;
  • Good skills in office tools & ERP;
  • Excellent in analytical, planning and organizing skills;
  • Strong background in quality control /analysis;
