Position Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors/Managers, handling both personal and business matters.
  • Manage overall office environment and ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange travel, flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and office vehicles.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR/Admin functions.
  • Coordinate proactively with the HR/Admin team and other departments.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment to meet targets and deliver tasks on time.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Administrator/Secretary.

  • Duration of Contract: 1-2 years (subject to further discussion).
  • Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday).
    • Saturday, Sunday, and Gazette Holidays are off.
