Managing Director,China/中国董事总经理
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the business strategy through management of an appropriate structure, resources and activities, manage day-to-day business, build business plans, deliver the business result and provide reliable forecast.
Translate the global and Asia Pacific business strategy into a country level strategy, responsible for market share and sales growth, contribute to develop and define the Asia Pacific strategy and own assigned strategic initiatives as an APAC LT member, ensure the China strategies are actively represented in the global and Asia Pacific strategies.
Accountable for all commercial activities in China, including Consumer Sales, Consumer Marketing, Flavor Solutions, external partners, government bodies and consultants as needed, work together with teams, distributors, key accounts, etc., ensure profitable growth and alignment with the Company’s strategy, balancing short term & long term profitability and customer intimacy, responsible for best-in-class customer and consumer experience, drive innovation and further penetration into China market.
Effectively manage the China organization and provide overall people leadership.
Required Qualifications:
above on food science or any commercial discipline, MBA is a plus
Minimum 15-20 years in China commercial leadership roles in multinational companies.
Rich knowledge and experience in fast moving consumer industry in China, knowledge of B2B & B2C business
Strong aspirational leader, able to coach, support and motivate the team through value, vision and actionable plans.
Effective communication, Team development, Project management, Drive for result, Conflict management, etc.
Strong people leadership and maturity, able to build, develop and retain a high performing team.
Good communication and comfortable to present in front of global team/board members, media & other parties.
High level of professional integrity and ethics.
