Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Drive the implementation of projects linked to Digital Transformation in his/her Division to improve operational performance in accordance with the Group, BG & Division strategy.
The main missions of the role are:
1. Drive the digital Roadmap and track progress/status. Macro level aligned with BG tracking and Plants level as needed.
2. Set up appropriate governance in the Division, animate the network, motivate the team, build strong partnerships with all internal and external key stakeholders
3. Ensure resources are allocated upon need to Model Plant 1.0 & X.0 deployment (regional support by tool), assess and develop their skills as needed.
4. Define training & workshop plan within the scope. Collaborating with Group and BG Model Plant Leaders to organize cross plant trainings & workshops.
5. Contribute in the definition of Model Plant RFCs , new Model Plant X.0 use cases, processes and necessary tools supporting continuous improvement and related systems usage in the plants.
6. Contribute in the definition of Model Plant RFCs , new Model Plant X.0 use cases, processes and necessary tools supporting continuous improvement and related systems usage in the plants.
7. Support improvement of standard Model Plant tools between request from plants in the Region, process owners and GIS team.
8. Share Best Practices and lessons learned (capitalized project experience)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations / Project Management in an industrial environment. (Example : Plant FES/PCL Manager, DT or Operation Manager)
Academic : Engineering degree or equivalent.
Skills and competencies :
• Drive skills, able to define and follow clear roadmap.
• Leadership, capacity to give clear direction & motivate the team.
• Experience in Management (management of large teams)
• Experience in transformation project.
• Experience in Operations (Production, Logistics, Pull System…)
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing (FES).
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Good understanding of a Plant P&L
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, English required.
• Ability to travel regularly.

• Digital skills and curiosity on new technologies and tools
