Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:

The Client Data & Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery while managing and analyzing client data to inform strategic decisions. This dual-focused position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and exceptional client relationship management. The successful candidate will lead projects from conception to completion, oversee data collection and analysis, and act as the primary point for all CRM technical projects and data insights & intelligence projects.

Client data management

Data Collection and Integration: act as business owner of client data to co-work with IT team to design and implement efficient data collection process,integrating data from various sources. Data Governance and Compliance: act as business owner of client data to work with IT and legal team to maintain a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborate with IT and technical vendors to streamline data workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize data storage solutions.

Data analysis and insights generation

Analyze client data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present findings to senior management and clients. Perform in-depth analysis of client data using statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, such as identifying high-value clients, improving service offerings, or enhancing customer experiences.

Reporting and visualization:

Prepare and present detailed project reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling visual representations of complex data sets.

Project Management:

Act as the owner for all CRM technical projects, able to co-work with IT team to define project scope, generate clear business requirements and evaluate project deliverables based on BRD. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including resource allocation, timeline development, and risk management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including sales, operations, and technical departments) to ensure project deliverables meet pre-set project objectives. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns or changes.

People Development

Guide and lead team members to roll-out eCRM activities and loyalty programs as planned Grow the team with marketing-leading practices and enhance CRM capabilities

Key Requirements:

Academic / Professional Qualifications/Language

Bachelor or above in data analytics, information management, or a related field., preferably from renowned university or top of class track records. Strong background and solid experience in CRM, data analytics or statistic modeling, preferable experience with data insights supported implementation campaigns or activations. 10+ year professional experience and with proven leadership skills Expertise in data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems. Understanding of CRM related technical solutions, able to identify risk and evaluate effectiveness for IT solutions. Preferably experience in Cosmetics & Fragrance field or in luxury business field, not must. Good interpersonal and communication skills required, strong influencer and enabler. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure. Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin Strong Analytical sense
