Senior PTE Client Relations Manager, Eastern China

The Senior PTE Client Relations Manager, Eastern China, will work with the Head of Client Relations, PTE China, implement a growth strategy for PTE Academic in Easten China, comprising Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jianxi and Fujian. This role will involve working with key internal and external stakeholders to grow test bookings and ensure key growth metrics and KPIs are achieved within Eastern China.
The Senior PTE Client Relations Manager, Eastern China, will work closely with other territory leads across China as part of a national team, as well as various business functions from Pearson's English Language Learning Division such as Marketing, D2C and Product teams to drive the success of PTE Academic.

As the Senior PTE Client Relations Manager, Eastern China, you’ll reporting into Head of Client Relations, PTE Chinabe responsible for:
Create and execute a tactical plan to drive PTE Academic growth for Eastern China, aligned to the Asia strategy, with the aim of securing the highest level of endorsement/use/status of/for PTE Academic across key market segments
Develop and manage strategic partnerships and negotiate commercial deals with stakeholders including test centres, education and migration agents, commercial and academic language/test prep providers and others.
Proactively position PTE Academic and expand brand and product awareness and understanding with customers and key external stakeholders
Attend and promote PTE at key industry events, presenting to groups of stakeholders on and offline.
Success will be measured by the achievement of annual sales targets and other KPIs, with evidence of regular monitoring and review and reporting progress to management.
Contribute to expanding brand and product awareness among customers and key external stakeholders. Support the implementation of communications plans to increase awareness of PTE Academic
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
5 years+ experience working in international education/international student recruitment/TEFL and with associated stakeholder groups such as government, education/migration agents, language schools, universities etc
Ability to think strategically, plan and execute, with evidence of successful business growth.
Significant evidence of success in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunities, particularly in the education sector.
Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to a range of different audiences. Highly developed oral, written and presentation skills.
Be able to work independently, while maintaining close alignment/relations with other key business functions such as marketing, to achieve key objectives within Eastern China, as well as collaborating with Pearson colleagues around the country.
