The position needs to manage channel operation process in driving efficiency and providing solid support to business team. In this role, a typical day will include:

• To establish and manage whole channel process including authorization, agreement, distributor target, KPI, and rebate.

• Support distributor policy finalization and make internal communication

• Build up distributor authorization process and continuously make enhancement

• Support distributor target setup, to manage the target process and regular target adjustment

• Manage distributor KPI process, including set up annual KPI metrics, regular KPI rating process, annual KPI incentive, special

• Lead the whole process from calculation initiate to final settlement on KPI incentive and annual rebate

• Manage annual master agreement process and amendment process on KPI, Target and etc

• Process training to external and internal customers

• Monitor abnormal in the whole process and timely report and find solutions

• As owner of distributor channel process, to support system go live on time.

• Regular reporting and business analytics.

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned. ​

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, business management or other related Languages:

• Good English reading, writing, listening, and speaking Experience/Professional Requirement:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial operation with experience of SFE or commercial excellence. High-value consumables medical device industry preferred.

• Project experience preferred

• Good understanding on medical device business model

• High accountability, good teamwork, excellent problem solver

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to work on own initiative.

• Unquestionable ethics and integrity.

• Familiar with Excel, PPT, Power BI, etc.
