R esponsibilities / Accountabilities of the job: Describe the main results expected from the job
SHE To deliver INEOS SHE best practice to the Yaraco JV team, set up annual SHE performance target, and report monthly JV SHE performance to INEOS. Work together with JV team to understand INEOS SHE scorecard definition and transition from previous SHE performance KPI. As SHE supervisor, correct Yaraco employee and contractor unsafe behavior and feedback to JV leadership and SHE team, especially during TAR’s, to drive improvement in SHE performance. Assess existing site facility compliance issue against latest national standard and develop mitigation plan to ensure Yaraco business compliance. Ensure all compliance actions from local regulators are closed in a timely manner Ensure JV self-assessment audit programme is in place and implemented to agreed schedule Work with JV team to conduct project SHE assessments as required during each project phase Oversight AA MOC process implementation and risk assessment To share INEOS plant SHE lesson learned to JV, identity potential gaps, develop related mitigation plan and ensure actions completed as intended and by agreed date. Manufacturing Excellence Work together with JV team to supervise and review production efficiency and update technical standard. Work together with JV team to set up annual production plan and reliability and variable cost saving KPI. To ensure INEOS CATIVA technology applied in Yaraco JV retains competitive position in China. To assess Capex projects to ensure Capex contributes to improved safety and production performance To work together with INEOS Technology Support Team and JV team to develop technology roadmap project to make Yaraco production more efficient to retain overall competitive position in Acetic Acid productionin China Responsible for third party transaction and contract biding/contractor selection in technology and engineering. Support JV new project to ensure INEOS interest from project, in particular new reactor replacement projectRequired profile:
Sector experience: 15 years in Petrochemicals in China Education: University degree in engineering or chemistry discipline Function experience: in SHE, petrochemical operations, technology and engineering. Cooperation with JV experience. Language: Proficient in Mandarin & English (Reading, Speaking, Writing) Tools: Proficient in power point, excel, word. Additional helpful profile Project management experience.Experience in / understanding of joint venture is a major plus.State enterprise experience.We have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
