The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS) is part of Amazon Payment Products, a fast-growing business that improves Sellers' disbursement experience on Amazon. We provide cross-border Sellers a secure and convenient way to receive their Sales proceeds from selling on Amazon through ACCS, and continuously innovate on behalf of the Sellers through new product and feature innovations.

As the product Marketing manager, you will develop a product acquisition roadmap based on deep understanding of Seller insights, competitive landscape, existing and to-be-launched product features as well as Marketing levers, aiming to increase product awareness, consideration and adoption. You will work with global and local stakeholders to formulate product unique selling points and deploy Marketing campaigns. In addition, you will also collaborate with ACCS CN Sales team to execute offline Seller events and participate in CNGS annual Seller Conference and the events organized by Amazon fellow teams and external partners for product awareness and adoptions. This position is based in Shanghai and requires domestic travels.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage product Marketing acquisition roadmap and own acquisition goals.
· Collaborate with Global Product/Marketing team and CN Sales team to identify unique selling points and improvement areas of the product using voice of Sellers.
· Develop legally approved Marketing content and campaign assets.
· Collaborate with channel owners/Marketing operation team and monitor/optimize acquisition funnel performance.
· Develop full year offline Seller events roadmap in business priority cities, collaborate with CN Sales team for executions and track/optimize event performance. Increase product awareness and adoptions through proactively involving in annual CNGS Seller conference.

Basic qualifications
· 7+ years Marketing experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent working experience, fluent in business English and Chinese
· Proven ability of managing complex Marketing initiatives for which you define the strategy and measure of success with limited guidance
· Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization, good communication skills to global key stakeholders
· Demonstrated ability to plan and organize offline customer events, determine improvements and innovations
· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred qualifications
· MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or product management field
· Familiarity with SQL; Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
· Experience in product marketing, Cross-border Payments/FinTech and eCommerce

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize offline customer events, determine improvements and innovations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or product management field
- Familiarity with SQL; Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Experience in product marketing, Cross-border Payments/FinTech and eCommerce
