Job Summary:

The Site Security Operations Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will provide site support including reporting, meeting arrangements and task status updates, document standardization, storage, and maintenance, and audits. This role coordinates a multitude of overlapping tasks which provide value to the team's operational effectiveness.

Essential Functions:

Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Maintain a site security calendar to support overall operational effectiveness. Verify all shift handover reports have been filed and customer is aware of any issues. Assist in the maintenance of a master training matrix for the site security team to support the Training Coordinator. Manage the administration of onboarding and offboarding as required by the vendor and/or the client. Update management on project statuses and tasks during operational meetings. Support the management of onsite escort request process to include scheduling, metrics and communications. Record and document meetings, manage the assignment of tasks and timelines, and ensure that the team delivers within set schedules. Audit and track restocking of Officer uniforms ensuring compliance with quality and standards. Coordinate and compile the monthly site report for presentation to the client. Ensure alignment and standardization of regional documentation and reporting templates. Ensure all site relevant documentation is stored securely and accessible as required. Maintain the document management system for all reports, SOPs and other relevant documentation. Assist as required in site audit and compliance reviews. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with at least three years of site security coordination experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
