内外部客户的发票校验  锁住、解锁发票付款  清账  供应商应付账款余额核对  为内外部客户准备付款清单  银行存款账户调节  KPI相关报告及审批相关报告的准备  严格遵循标准流程（GAS）  日常发票校验及问题的追踪解决  MTO 收付款的检查和相关清账  为保证MTO账户和Finavigate一致进行MTO账户调节  与scan center 共同协调解决涉税发票的问题  为保证EDI发票和实物增值税发票之间没有差异，进行涉税发票的recon  月度结账  与内外部客户进行沟通、解决内外部客户的疑问  参与优化现有流程的RPA项目  参与解决组内的其他问题 

您需要有以下显著特质：

会计或相关专业 会计相关实习经验优先考虑  熟悉ERP系统优先考虑  熟悉国内发票管理规定及SOA的优先考虑  熟练操作Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)  良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力  具有客户为导向的意识及良好服务态度  良好的英语口语及书写能力
