Handle all trademark prosecution matters, including clearance searches, all types of applications (filings, assignment and license recordals), oppositions, invalidations, non-use cancellations (including advising on evidence and drafting detailed submissions), gap analysis projects. Provide practical and technically sound advice on trademark prosecution matters in a clear and unstuffy manner. Collect and analyze facts. Develop market and client insight. Meet and exceed client needs and expectations. Support colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations. Participate in training and knowledge management activities.Requirements
