What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths and key business drivers. Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies.
  • Work closely with hiring functions to ensure talent requirements are identified, met and aligned to business objectives and Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Be responsible for driving effective and efficient recruiting processes, ensuring positive candidate and hiring manager experiences and creating a strong employer brand in the market.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information、reporting and keep system / data updated
  • Lead Employer Branding initiatives and programs (EVP) together with APAC HR team.
  • Work closely with global and APAC Internal Communications to inspire people around the world through unparalleled storytelling and experiences that celebrate our unique culture and fuel our business success.
  • Manage strategic and impactful internal communications and engagement initiatives by working closely with cross-functions
  • Develop and execute annual Internal Communications Plan to drive the understanding of company’s strategy and priorities
  • Manage employee communications content and channels, including but not limited to Intranet, global communication platform, town hall meetings, and other employees’ events and etc.

What we’d love for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years' HR managerial experience like TA Mgr. or equal to HR Manager.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, collaboration and management skills to drive analysis to successful outcomes.
  • Strong learning agility and Self-motivator and Proactive
  • Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
