Job Responsibilities

Business management:

Develop and execute JD Flagship store strategies that aligned with company goals and objectives. Build and uphold brand image in JD Flagship Store. Sustainably deliver sales target in both Sell in & Sell out, and control MOS in a healthy level. Ensure the wholesale target achievement. Responsible for the P&L, value chain management and continuously improve the profit contribution to the company. Engage and build solid connection with JD platform not only buyers but also related department like media, market, content. Lead on marketing calendar execution for JD and facilitate smooth collaboration with all cross functional teams and global EC teams.

Customer management:

Build solid connection and good relationship with JD buyers and all related partners in JD platforms. Manage and monitor JDP execution to ensure smooth operation and uphold of brand image. Monitor and manage both JD & JDP to ensure goods are available in authorized space.

Logistic, Supply and Forecast

Sell in/Sell out/ Stock balance & FCST management to make sure JDP &JD are in a healthy value chain and inventory level.  Fulfillment tracking and settle back up orders. Follow the stock release to make sure good delivery on time.

E-boutique operation management

Daily Operation: 

Work with content team to ensure brand space, product listings and PDP updates are in accordance with the Marketing Calendar and Trade/Communication Plan. Have regular store monitoring and continuously optimize the visibility of Hermès Parfum et Beauté within each site at all levels: product offering, navigation, search, e-merchandising, cross-selling, editorial, etc. Manage and monitor in-site media operation with JDP, continuously improve ROI and new recruitment.

Animation Plan: 

In coordination with the Operational Marketing team, build a coherent and dedicated animation/ GWP/ Sampling and CRM plan for JD that is well-balanced with all EC ecosystems. Validate animation plans and sampling plans with the HQ team and provide clear briefs and reporting of each activation. Challenge the guidelines for animation and content based on local benchmarks and JD consumer data insights. Ensure a review of key periods and innovations to challenge the practices about JD platform.

Ensure the operational deployment of e-commerce projects:

Closely collaborate with cross functional teams and JDP&JD on validated projects so to adapt our current key projects to-composed offer, virtual make-up fitting, and engraving. Actively participate and present each project to the HQ teams, like fragrance finder, 360 pre-sampling, 360 gifting campaign, livestreaming. Ensure retailer alignment on guidelines and work process.

Gray market and suspected goods control

Monitor regularly to ensure the gray market clearance in JD app. Track and report suspected goods.

Qualifications

More than 5 years of working experience in Perfume and Cosmetics industry in Digital or Ecommerce related field. University Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media studies or Business. Entrepreneurship spirit, self-driven, humbled and ability to multi-task Business oriented and result driven, sensitive on the result & target. Fluency in English and Mandarin. French is a plus. Proficient in MS office software, including but not limited to Excel and PPT.
