在 QM部门 ，我们正在招聘一名 结构元器件工程师 ，主要负责机械元器件和供应商的选择与认证，负责器件的批准释放；负责供应商审核、供应商质量管理与改进；负责元器件的质量保证、器件相关的失效分析。

你将在这些领域发挥影响：

连接器/线材 器件导入，样品认证，器件释放，系统数据维护。 供应商预审，VDA6.3 审核。与供应商签署质量保证协议。 元器件质量管理，供应商质量监控和提高。 元器件问题分析与解决，不合格品索赔。 作为项目 CE的接口，负责并组织元器件相关的话题的处理。

你需要具备的经验和技能：

大学本科及以上机械设计或相关工科专业。 具备机械类材料专业知识, 连接器/线材优先。 具备3年以上供应商质量管理经验或者2年以上结构设计经验。 机械元器件认证与分析的能力，元器件生产工艺和产品生产知识。 供应商过程审核能力和相关经验。 相关测试设备和工具的使用经验。
