Job Summary

GLG’s Talent Acquisition Intern is an exciting opportunity for university students looking to pursue a career in Recruiting, Human Resources. As an Intern you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategy that reflects our firm culture, values, and success factors. The internship is structured to develop your communication and teamwork skills, and broaden your industry knowledge while working in a fast-growing global firm.

Specific responsibilities include
(but are not limited to) :

  • Interacting with potential candidates through various job portals, social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Supporting to identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Assist to promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintaining candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Helping to Ideate and execute introduction of new sourcing channels
  • Business related ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Any other tasks assigned by manager

An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Current 3+ years University Student or graduates/postgraduates
  • Native/ Excellent communication skills in English + Mandarin with fluency in any other Asian language would be a great bonus
  • A great team player with a strong sense of urgency and solid problem-solving skills
  • A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position

  • The personal drive, interest, and enthusiasm towards areas of TA and HR.
  • Can commute to the office 5 days a week
  • Can commit to a minimum of 3-6 month internship
