Your Role

Job Description:

- Convert marketing insights into actions in order to further improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Build, develop and lead a team of high performing marketing professionals.

- Analyze industry trends and understand customer processes in order to define new applications with our products and technologies.

- Develop and launch the next steps of our sales excellence programs in order to improve the effectiveness of our sales teams.

- Define and execute a roadmap to bring our CRM functionalities to the next level.

- Develop and lead training and competence development program in coordination with LP / MP sales team.

- Build the favorable communication bridge between local marketing team, PC and division

To succeed, you will need

- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

- More than 10 years’ experience in marketing and product field, at least 2 years management experience.

- Very good English in both spoken and written.

- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals.

- High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated,

- Working experience in product company will be a plus
