Job Description

Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：

1. Integrated the customer demands, conduct the short term and long term production plan.
整合客户需求，制定短期和长期生产计划
2. Manage and prioritize the demand against constraints on production capacity.
当产能出现问题时管理并确定需求的优先顺序
3. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data base in SAP
维护系统和保证系统基本参数的准确性
4. Ensure the customer demand be satisfied and control the FG inventory level as well,ensure customer's satisfied evaluation of JIT delivery rate.
在保证满足客户需求的同时控制成品库存, 确保客户对生产交付准时率的满意评价.
5. Arrange the TRIAL Part production and follow up it.
安排试装申请，并进行跟踪

Job Responsibilities 工作职责：

1. Supplier Information follow
客户信息跟踪
 Building a strong relationship with customers and get the updated demand information
做为窗口,和客户建立良好的关系，并获得更新的需求信息
 Ensure the delivery demand of customers
保证客户对送货的需求
 Make sure that both Monthly Demand Plan and Weekly Sales Forecast, inputs for customer schedules and Mps, are consistent each other
保证月度计划，周计划，客户排程和主生产计划的一致性
 Anticipate customer requirements，response for customer demand chang,validate and alert delivery risk,make action plan to avoid
对客户需求作预测,对客户需求变化进行应对,进行交付风险评估并报警,制定行动消除风险
 Any obsolescence, need to demonstrate to customer
如有因客户产量和工程变化导致相关呆料费用，负责向客户进行沟通
 Follow whole process when program EOP,dead stock control and make 0 MPM,need to demonstrate customer if cost happen
量产项目EOP时，跟踪整个过程，保证交付并控制呆料，如有呆料费用产生，负责向客户进行沟通
 Handling the aftermarket sales orders processing and delivery
处理售后的备件定单和发货
 Take charge of discuss with customer and revise logistics & package agreement when SOP program FG logistics status change
当量产项目成品发生包装，订单条件，运输安排等变更时，负责主导与客户沟通更新物流协议和包装协议
2. Make production plan and tracking
生产计划制定及跟踪
 Make weekly production plan according customer demand, hold PDP meeting
接收客户端订单需求，管理客户需求波动，并分析中长期客户需求与内部产能，识别产能风险；
 Tracking PDP achive ratio and make action to achive % with UAP
跟踪PDP达成率,与生产部一起确保达成
 Update customer demand and production schedule in SAP, and ensure accurate data;
在SAP系统中维护客户需求和生产计划，以确保数据的准确性;
 Coordinate with production line to ensure production plan completion rate in case of emergency;
在紧急情况下协调各车间生产资源，确保生产计划完成率的指标;
3. Finish good & WIP management
成品&半成品管理
 Tracking FG delivery status,ensure customer MPM is 0
跟踪成品交付情况, 确保客户MPM为0
 Update and check logistics data in MFG/PRO timely and ensure the accuracy of data base, such as safety stock, lead-time and etc
及时更新和检查系统内的物流参数(FG&WIP关联)，保证其准确性，如安全库存，提前期等
4. Inventory management
库存管理
 Monitor inventory status,include material,FG ,ensure inventory in the budget
设定成品库存水平并监控库存状况(包括物料,成品,半成品,并使存货水平在预算范围之内
 Lead inventory reduce with other people in logistics department
与部门其他人员一起,主导库存的改进
5. Others
附加及其它工作任务
 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
遵守健康安全环境规定;
 Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard;
根据公司的管理规范，在被授权的范围内，管理公司的资源和财务;
 Other assignments given by line manager.
直线经理安排的其他工作.
 Cooperate with IATF& ISO & ISO system and FES operation system implement in plant.
配合公司IATF &ISO&ISO& FES运营体系在工厂的实施。
6. Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company

Skills & Knowhow技能和知识:

 Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept, SAP is preferred;
ERP材料计划经验,逻辑思维, SAP使用经验优先;
 Fluent use in both oral and written English;
流利的英语口语及书面能力;
 Qualified skills of office software such as Excel, Word, PPT;
熟练运用办公软件;
 Logistical understanding of MRP;
MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解;
 Good Communication skills and strong coordinating ability. Team work spirit and work under pressure;
良好的沟通能力以及较强的协调能力;
 Problem solving and conflict management;
问题解决及冲突管理能力;
 Strong sense of team spirit and customer service.

Qualifications 任职资格：

 Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in management, logistics, automobile, machinery or related field is preferred;
本科学历及以上，管理、物流、汽车、机械等相关专业优先;
 At least 3-year planning experience;
3年以上生产计划工作经验;
