Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1、Annual departmental planning and office budget management

• Formulate the annual plan of the department, and rationalize the budget and usage of office funds according to the company's planning

2、Office environment maintenance and services

• To ensure a safe and comfortable office environment, arrange and manage office space and various equipment and facilities, company seals & licenses, important information, fixed assets, etc.

• Provide quality and convenient office services to employees; regularly survey employees' office satisfaction and develop improvement programs.

• Establish and maintain office related management system, process and operation standard, etc.

• Plan and organize the major projects such as office lease renewals, office moves and renovations.

3、Risk Management

• Establish and implement the crisis and risk management mechanisms in accordance with the Group's requirements; be responsible for assisting the Company's Risk Management Committee in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, mitigating and monitoring the company's major risks and convening regular meetings to discuss them.

• Organize the annual updating and training of the company's business impact analysis and business continuity plan, and carry out emergency drills for key business areas.

• Take the lead in the company's pharmaceutical risk management, and regularly follow up on the monitoring and mitigation of pharmaceutical risks, and organize annual working meetings.

• Implement localized risk management work and project work, e.g. risk management report, risk health self-inspection, etc.

4、Call Center Operation

• Manage the company's external call center business, follow the business process and rules to ensure the smooth operation of the call center business and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

• Regularly maintain call center operations manuals and frequently asked questions and answers

5、People development and team management

• Effectively manage the General Affairs team to deliver high quality output.

• Analyze strengths of each team members and assign tasks/projects to ensure quality delivery on time. Develop team members capabilities through daily work.

• Understand employee career development and training needs, develop, and retain talents.

• Be the role model for the culture and working principles for own team and beyond

Qualifications: 

1、Education

• Minimum education requirement: bachelor’s degree in relevant areas.

2、Core competencies

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Excellent foreign language skills (English)

• Negotiation skills

3、Experience

• 3 years of experience in internal control / operation / risk management related work experience

• At least 3 years of administrative management experience is preferred

• At least 3 years of team management experience
