Job Description

Brief Job Description:

§ Solving of queries from emails, incoming calls and cases from AE or employees within TAT § Provides required business unit reporting and other required information when needed § Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries § Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data process § Successfully handles most non-routine issues, escalates to management on a timely manner, issues that cannot be resolved § Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities § Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA § Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities § Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills § Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

Knowledge:

§ Insurance knowledge/back ground or any Business related course § 3- 5 years’ of work experience § Good Understanding of MS Office, especially Excel § Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing § Communication ability in Chinese is delight

Additional Information

Working Conditions
§ Moderate to travel depending on project involvement
§ Overtime may be required
§ Client holidays are observed instead of local holidays

§ Accurate, methodical with detailed orientation
§ Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
§ Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus)

This position will have language requirement, including English/Japanese/Korean with good written skill plus fluent oral communication capability.
