§ Responsibility for activities assigned by the Collections Supervisor
§ Process A/R billings, adjustments, and write offs
§ Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed
§ Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance
§ Periodical review of Customers account
§ Working / Researching unallocated cash
§ Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system
§ Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments
§ Provide regular status report to the client of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues
§ Successfully handles most non-routine issues, escalates to management on a timely manner, issues that cannot be resolved
§ Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities
§ Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA
§ Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities
§ Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
§ Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
§ Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to

§ College degree or above, Accounting, Finance or any Business related course is a plus
§ 2 - 3 years’ of work experience
§ Good Understanding of MS Office
§ Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
§ Communication ability in Chinese is delight

§ Previous accounting experience/studies in particular AR preferred
§ Must be a good team player
§ Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
§ Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
§ Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
§ Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus)
§ Experience with accounting systems preferred
§ Client industry experience a plus
