Accounts Receivable team is a fast-paced, process-driven environment, responsible for multiple facets of the Accounts Receivable function. The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for ensuring invoices are accurate issued in a timely and efficient manner.  They will research problems and resolve standard disputes in order to ensure important deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Follows standard operating procedures to ensure compliance
  • Executes daily general ledger accounting operations inside Oracle and proprietary software environments
  • Prepares balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Executes fixed assets addition/transfer/write-offs, bank reconciliation, tax declaration and tax filings
  • Keeps records of account entries by compiling and archiving accounting activities
  • Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Assists with the preparation of reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents that project the organization's financial position
  • Supports the coordination of financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Supports and executes internal controls and statutory requirements
  • Assists with external audit requests
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Can use English as working language (written)

  • Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of working GL experience, shared service center is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud and other cloud-based Oracle solutions or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Accountability to protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
