Primary Purpose:

 

This role is to develop local go-to-market strategy for key MAG products and key segments with all stakeholders within MAG. This role also needs to forecast, monitor, and evaluate the throughput and continuously improve the workflow. This role is to work with super strong teamwork spirit and communication skills to win with all stakeholders within MAG.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To understand the main theory, application, solution, and life cycle of MAG products portfolio.
  • To understand customer’s job-to-be-done in key market segment of MAG.
  • To work with key stakeholders to win as one team for key products and segments.
  • To work closely with key stakeholders to make local go-to-market strategy for key MAG products and segments.
  • To create territory account plans with regional managers including opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets for key products and segments.
  • To understand and develop key product features, advantages, benefits, and evidence to generate sales tools according to different segments.
  • To support MAG China “FISSION” project by analysis of industrial customers’ value chain by segment.
  • To make analysis of SAP information, marketing information to develop joint MAG leads and opportunities.
  • To create a criteria to evaluate our market initiatives success which can be recorded and analysed by SAP.
  • make analysis of forecast and output for key products and key segments on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • To proactively monitor competitive landscape including market share, pricing, Go to Market (GTM), product positioning, competitive response events, etc.
  • To build privileged relationship and influence by working closely with KOLs/Key Accounts to market education and to do radiation.
  • To work with central marketing team and MAG stakeholders to support marketing campaigns.

Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated

Education / Qualifications:

 

  • Relevant material science degree essential, PHD and additional business qualification desirable.

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

 

  • Must have experience of working with MAG related products and strong business sense. Related business development experience.
  • Must have experience of dealing with customers in the field working with analytical instruments.
  • Language skills: English (spoken and written).
  • PC knowledge, both hardware & software.
  • Clean driving licence
  • Ability to travel.

  • Builds long-term relationships based on OI value.
  • Proactive, self-starter, completes activities with minimal support. Initiates actions to develop new and better ways of working.

  • Full driving licence preferable
