For our Compliance team, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to help us drive business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

Executing tasks in Operational Compliance and ensuring compliant business conduct in respective unit. Adopting and promoting global and local compliance guidelines in the business unit. Supporting RCO tasks and projects, e.g., central training and communication, specific compliance topic owner, supporting fulfillment of core regulatory requirements in China, e.g., Data protection, Social Credit System, ESG, AML. Ensuring the Compliance system is well established in the operational factory, e.g., adopting compliance policy, regular CRB meetings with business management, training and communication including blue collar workers, case handling, etc. Regularly meeting with Business Management to update Compliance message and deliver compliance training & communication to responsible business functions. Assisting in Compliance case investigation and Audit on demand. Providing daily consultancy with Compliance questions.

Strong communication skills Fluency in English At least 2 years of experience in Compliance Ability to work in a team
