Compliance Officer

We are a highly motivated team seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to drive business within Siemens and beyond. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring compliant business conduct in our respective unit. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Compliance and be able to work effectively in a team.
The job involves executing tasks in Operational Compliance, adopting and promoting global and local compliance guidelines, supporting RCO tasks and projects, and ensuring the Compliance system is well established in the operational factory.
Your Responsibilities- Execute tasks in Operational Compliance and ensure compliant business conduct in the respective unit.
- Adopt and promote global and local compliance guidelines in the business unit.
- Support RCO tasks and projects, such as central training and communication, specific compliance topic owner, and supporting fulfillment of core regulatory requirements in China.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Compliance system in the operational factory.
- Regularly meet with Business Management to update Compliance message and deliver compliance training & communication to responsible business functions.
- Assist in Compliance case investigation and Audit on demand.
- At least 2 years of experience in Compliance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in English.

Siems Ltd., China offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around CNY 220,000 - CNY 280,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
