: Provide pre- and post-sales application support for Thermo Fisher's Wafer product lines, influencing customer preference and generating leads Conduct flawless high-quality wafer product demonstrations, showcasing the exceptional capabilities and potential of Thermo Fisher's products Develop new techniques and applications to continuously enhance our offerings and stay ahead in a competitive market Translate customer needs into technical solutions, ensuring their requirements are met with exceptional precision Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations to support marketing activities and promote Thermo Fisher's application solutions Collaborate closely with product and market groups, providing valuable feedback on product performance, features, and potential areas for improvement Collaborate with the product groups on future product developments, helping to shape the future of our offerings

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in Semiconductor Fab is preferred, with a strong familiarity with semiconductor production processes In-depth knowledge and recent hands-on experience with wafers, including expertise in epitaxial layer thickness and BPSG analysis Background in photoluminescence (PL), photocurrent spectroscopy, and step-scanning FTIR is preferred Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, physics, electrical engineering, optical engineering, or semiconductor-related fields. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Proactive, high-energy individual who consistently takes initiative and demonstrates a strong commitment to personal and professional growth Exceptional personal time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and enthusiastic interactions with a diverse audience Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must for successful communication with customers and colleagues alike
