Job Description
  • Strategic Vision: Lead the engineering team with strong technical expertise and strategic guidance.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competition.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, setting clear objectives and fostering company's entrepreneurial culture.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire engineering solutions development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, procurement, sales, and marketing. Effectively communicate project updates.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all engineering designs and processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a requirement, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's Degree.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in product development involving systems or components across core manufacturing processes such as molding, plating, stamping, and assembly.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading engineering team
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
  • Fluent in English
