Job Description

Job Title: Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our project execution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and integrating complex projects, ensuring seamless integration and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating communication and activities between different teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution.
  • Developing and planning work to complete desired goals.
  • Defining requirements, implementing processes, and managing systemic work integration, verification, and testing.
  • Developing key architectural approaches, managing engaging teams, and evaluating emerging technologies.
  • Identifying and allocating resources effectively, ensuring the right people with the right skills are assigned to engage and involve.
  • Identifying budgets, supporting special earlier quotes, and specifying resources needed - timely and efficiently, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining the integration of people, processes, and systems.
  • Providing ongoing visibility of what is going on and next steps to execution plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Training: Training in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall would be a plus.
  • Certifications: Certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2, are preferred.
  • Kinds of skills needed: Managerial skill, negotiation knowledge, problem-solving, benchmarking/competitive analysis, and systemic process ability.
  • Desirable mind-set requirements: Energy or stamina to run extra miles in driving integration works, removing barriers, identifying solutions, working under tight schedule requests, and high integrity and an ethical standard beyond leadership.

Travel Requirement: Coordinate various face-to-face meetings at relevant places to ensure projects are executed, and make trips to InVue Charlotte occasionally to discuss integration works and expectations.
