Job description:
  • Implement company business strategy and planning.
  • Product development, market expansion in China, develop new accounts, formulate sales and marketing strategies according to the economy situation, and ensure targets are met.
  • Manage, monitor, coordinate and supervise all activities in the sales team and ensure that all business indicators are on schedule and cost control indicators are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance and the proper conduct of all departmental operations, eliminate violations, and promptly report any special situation.
  • Responsible for branding, maintaining good relationships with customers and handling after-sales service.
  • Ensure profit margin is achieved and credit control.
  • Participate in product development with cooperation with the R&D department.
  • Responsible for the assessment and review of business order production risks.
  • Coordinate with production and operation departments to ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Team building and training.
  • Ad hoc project management as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in local / domestic distribution channels.
  • Strong network with Chinese brands with proven sales record.
  • Full knowledge of operational procedures.
  • At least 3 years in managing a sales team.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Ability to motivate and lead people.
  • Communication effectively in written Chinese and English.
