Job Description

全面负责公司产品的推广、培训,达成和超越销售目标。销售团队的日常管理,汇总销售数据,培训和优化销售队伍,建立招之能战,战之能胜的销售铁军。执行公司既定的业务计划、目标,并且制定预算。汇总和分析消费者需求、机构客户需求、市场发展动态和竞品信息,并制定相应战略。负责基于数字和AI的销售管理创新,基于数据向公司提供业务优化建议,包括但不限于销售团队或咨询师话术培训提升、消费者促销推广方案制定建议、疗程效果和满意度提升方案,以及为研发提供建议。负责关键大客户的关系维护,支持公司的其它关键业务,包括但不限于市场推广活动、研发立项活动、政府关系业务和文化建设。亲自开发大客户并成交,为团队设立榜样。

The Successful Applicant

本科以上学历在医学美容相关产品领域有丰富的行业经验和资源积累,目前任国际或国内知名医美公司全国销售总监或同等级别的销售管理职位具备15人以上团队管理经验,能够带领销售团队超越公司年度、季度销售目标,并实现高销售额增长能够独立设计、评估和改进全国销售策略的能力和经验作为销售条线负责人制定销售部门绩效、管理方案熟练利用AI等新技术,愿意不断学习
