The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Drive global adoption of company's B2B online system among clients.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Collaborate with the production team for competitive market packages.
  • Prepare and send well-presented proposals with quotations and itineraries.
  • Implement a robust follow-up system for quoted requests.
  • Ensure agent satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their requirements.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Adhere to management instructions and company policy.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
