核心工作活动

制定和维护预算

• 制定和管理餐饮部门的所有财务、员工敬业度和客人满意度计划与行动。

• 保持厨房和餐厅运作的成本管理正指标。

• 利用预算来了解财务目标。

领导餐饮团队

• 管理餐饮部门（不包括餐饮销售）。

• 监督和管理员工。管理所有日常运营。充分了解员工的职位，以便在员工缺勤时履行职责。

• 利用人际关系和沟通技巧来引导、影响和鼓励他人；倡导健全的财务/业务决策；表现出诚实/正直；以身作则。

• 监督所有厨房、餐厅、饮料和客房服务运作。

• 营造和培养强调激励、赋权、团队合作、持续改进和服务热情的酒店环境。

• 为所有员工提供卓越的客户服务。

• 快速响应并积极应对员工关注的问题。

• 提供专注于持续改进的学习氛围。

• 为团队成员提供积极的辅导和咨询。

• 鼓励和建立团队成员之间的相互信任、尊重和合作。

• 确保并保持员工的工作效率水平。

• 制定具体的目标和计划，以便优先考虑、组织和完成工作。

确保卓越的客户服务

• 提供卓越的客户服务。

• 从内部和外部为所有客人设定服务期望。

• 为客人的投诉/问题负责，直至其得以解决，或者已由相应的经理或员工解决。

• 确保所有宴会厅达到标准并超越客人的期望。

• 提供超越预期的服务，实现客户满意并保留客人。

• 通过沟通和协助个人了解客人需求，并在需要时提供指导、反馈和个人辅导，改善服务质量。

• 树立榜样，示范适当的行为。

• 管理日常运营，确保质量和标准，且每天满足客户的期望。

管理和开展人力资源活动

• 为下属提供指导和指示，包括设定绩效标准和监督绩效。

• 及时开展绩效考核。

• 推进公平对待之承诺和门户开放政策。

• 识别他人的发展需求，并指导、辅导或以其他方式帮助他人提升知识或技能。

• 识别他人的教育需求，开发正式的教育或培训项目或课程，并教导或指导他人。

• 根据员工敬业度和客人满意度结果制定行动计划，以应对需求领域并扩大优势。
