Responsibilities:

•You are responsible for shaping aholistic remote service approach for medical devices in China that fits tolocal market needs (addressing the evolution of regulations), utilizes commontechnology and best practices (providing a cost-effective and regulatory-compliantsolution).

•You perform a market analyzes fordomestic remote service solutions and evaluate with the project team the impactacross the entire organization (local / global service organization as well asthe business lines). You define and execute corresponding measures whileconsidering all potential options (in-house / external / hybrid solutions) aswell as balancing the various interests.

•In your role, you are responsiblefor projects in their entirety (i.e., analysis, definition, implementation, andcompletion) with the aim of limiting risks, exploiting opportunities, andachieving project goals in required quality, on schedule and within budget.This includes the professional and continuous evaluation of costs, benefits aswell as risks.

•You are in close exchange with therespective stakeholders of the local service organization, global headquarterfunctions and business lines. You report the project progress to the steeringcommittee and communicate with the senior management.

•You possess a diverse toolbox toanalyze interdependencies and develop solutions together with an internationalproject team.

•You always keep the long-term goalsin mind when developing solutions, weigh options comprehensively against eachother, and lead them to a sustainable decision for our customers and thecompany.

Requirements:

•You can demonstrate many years ofsolid experience (around 10 Years)inproject management, ideally with a focus on the implementation of IT solutionsfor Chinese market.

•You are proficient in variousmethods in agile and traditional project management and can ideally prove thiswith corresponding certifications.

•You also have several years ofprofessional experience in the IT environment and have acquired very in-depthknowledge in the design, development, and operation of IT solutions (up-to-datetechnology stack is preferred, e.g., virtualization, containerization andcloud-native solutions) in order to be able to engage in technical discussionsat eye level. Ideally, you already have experience with the DevOps model and anITIL4 Foundation certification.

•You are proficient in variousmethods in agile and traditional project management and can ideally prove thiswith corresponding certifications.

•You have excellent social skills,negotiation skills, and assertiveness to develop and implement decisions acrossall professional disciplines and various hierarchical levels.

•You can demonstrate yourcommunication strength in both Chinese and English with business fluency. Youwill be active in a global team in both Chinese and English-speakingenvironment.

•Your digital competencies inresearch, analysis, and preparation of data and information support you inefficiently identifying and solving challenges.

•You have completed a degree,preferably in an engineering discipline with a focus on project management orinformation technology.
