Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main missions of the role are to:
Autonomous management and co-ordination of Innovation projects for new and further development of materials, products & processes in the field of automobile interior. Definition and completion of the Innovation project targets according to FIS internal Innovation process in respect of time and budget targets.
Responsibility:
Management of Innovation and pre-development projects for demonstration of technical feasibility of innovative ideas for the automobile interior.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Degree (Master) in Engineering, ideally in any of the following engineering disciplines: Tooling, Polymer/Composite, Transport/Automotive, Mechanisms, Mechatronics, Electronics, HMI, Lighting, At least 3-5 years pre-development experience within an industrial environment, especially in the automotive industry. Experience in Wrapping. Structured & systematic with scientific & engineering mindset. Team Player with extended communication skills at all levels. Self driven & dynamic. International mindset. English is compulsory.
