岗位职责：

监控生产线状况，维持生产线的正常生产。 对运行中的设备进行设置、监控和审核，并向生产线操作员提供指导。负责新产品测试，为工艺开发和工程人员提供技术援助。支持工艺工程师进行技术测试和实验，保证测试过程并帮助工程部门发现产质量相关问题。监控、分析相关数据，第一时间处理产品和机台因异常情况。进行数据收集和分析，审核判定产品和机台是否可以回归生产。修改，新建特定机台的生产程序。辅助工艺和测试工程师，对新产品、新机台进行评估、校验和调试。

职位要求：

大专及以上学历，2024年毕业的同学；电子/材料/物理/化学等理工科专业；接受倒班工作，适应无尘室工作环境及全身连体无尘服；基本的英文能力；熟练掌握Word、Excel，C语言以及PowerPoint等办公软件；快速的学习能力；良好的自我驱动意识，以结果为导向；较强的分析和解决问题的能力；良好的沟通和表达能力；较强的团队协作能力。

工作时间：

上班两天，休息两天。日班与夜班60天轮换一次。日班：7：45-20：00，夜班：19：45-次日8：00。
